Finding Us
We're located on Whiteladies Road in Clifton, one of Bristol's most accessible areas. The location offers straightforward access to the M5, Bristol Airport, and Temple Meads station.
By Car
From M5 Junction 18, follow signs to Clifton. We're approximately 10 minutes from the motorway in normal traffic. Street parking is available, but we recommend using our client parking for vehicle collection.
Public Transport
Multiple bus routes serve Whiteladies Road. Clifton Down railway station is an 8-minute walk. We're happy to arrange collection from Temple Meads or Bristol Airport for an additional fee.
Delivery Option
Prefer not to travel? We offer vehicle delivery to any Bristol address, hotel, or office. Delivery fees vary by distance; most central Bristol locations are £35.
Common Questions
What documents do I need to hire?
A valid UK or EU driving licence held for at least two years, proof of address dated within three months, and a credit card in your name for the security deposit.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire is 24 hours. Same-day bookings are possible subject to availability—email us and we'll confirm within the hour.
What's included in the price?
Comprehensive insurance, 150 miles per day, VAT, breakdown cover, and our standard service package. Fuel is not included; vehicles should be returned with a full tank.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. There's a £15/day charge for each additional driver.
What happens if I return the car late?
We offer a 60-minute grace period. Beyond that, late returns are charged at 1.5x the hourly rate. Please contact us if you're running late—we're always reasonable about genuine delays.
